Transdisciplinary Theme- How The World Works
Line of Inquiry- How Geological Resources Give Us Clues To Past Environments And Events
Sixth grade interacted with some activities that centered on fossils and the concept of aging based on layers. First, we worked on the task of organizing a fossil sort based upon the index fossils found within certain layers. Then, each student constructed an edible diagram complete with fossil representatives. 
Friday, we learned about Tetrapods, carved pumpkins, and participated in the Halloween Dance/Parade.
