With this trimester coming to a close, the 6th graders have decided to create their own enrichment clubs for the next trimester. Sixth graders had the opportunity to share their ideas with the whole school during the town meeting. Students will have the opportunity to practice their communication, knowledge, and thinking skills as they fulfill a position of leadership in our school environment.  Ben and Charlie will be teaching coding in “hacker club”, Gavin will be teaching both basic and advanced techniques in “origami club”, and the girls will be leading the “girl’s fitness club.”  I am excited to see the sixth graders courageously taking on something new!
