Reader’s Theater: “A Wind In The Door”

Thursday, we read chapter seven in A Wind In The Door through a script format known as reader’s theater. Reader’s theater allows everyone the opportunity to read their character’s portion out loud, helping the story come to life. This strategy is not only fun but also ensures the whole class is engaged throughout the reading process.

During Friday’s recess, we enjoyed what will probably be this winter’s last beautiful snowfall.  I am so thankful that Discovery has access to these wonderful woods.
