“Literature circles” are a time that allows students to take turns performing different roles centered on discussing reading passages. This week we finished reading Tuck Everlasting written by Natalie Babbitt. Throughout this book, we have discussed the theme, conflict, and resolution. Students are learning to search the text for how the drama’s plot unfolds as well as evidence of how the protagonist’s actions lead to a resolution of the conflict.
